حقوق مادية اخرى للمرأة فى الاسلام Other material rights of women in Islam

......1-الصداق
الصداق حق المرأة على زوجها وهو ملك لها لا يحل لاحد غيرها الا بطيبة نفس منها
قال تعالى (وأتوا النساء صدقاتهن نحلة فان طبن لكم عن شئ منه نفسا فكلوه هنيئا مريئا )النساء4
---....الصدقات هو المهور -
ونحلة :يعنى شريعة وفريضه فرضها الله على الازواج فان دخل الزوج بالمرأة فلها كل المهر
......قال تعالى (وان طلقتموهن من قبل أن يتماسا وقد فرضتم لهن فريضة فنصف ما فرضتم -الا أن يعفون أو يعفو الذى بيده عقدة النكاح وأن تعفوا أقرب للتقوى ولا تنسوا الفضل بينكم ان الله بما تعملون بصير )البقرة 237
.....ب-الميراث
واعطاها الاسلام نصيبا من الميرلث كما اعطى الرجل نصيبا
وان كان نصيبها احيانا اقل من نصيب الرجل
فلأن الرجل هو الذى ينفق عليها وعلى اولادها ومن يعولهم
..قال الله تعالى (للرجال نصيب مما ترك الوالدان والاقربون وللنساء نصيب مما ترك الوالدان والاقربون مما قل منه او كثر نصيبا مفروضا )النساء 7
.....وقال الله تعالى (يوصيكم الله فى اولادكم للذكر مثل حظ الانثيين فان كن نساء فوق اثنتين فلهن ثلثا ماترك وان كانت زاحدة فلها النصف ....)النساء 11
ج-مال الفتاة امانة فى يد الامة
..حرص الاسلام على حق اليتيم صبيا كان او صبية
واوجب على المجتمع ممثلا فى ولى اليتيم ان يحافظ على ماله وان ينميه
وألا يتصرف فيه اى تصرف ينقص المال او ينقص قيمته فان قصر ولى اليتيم فى ذلك فذنبه عظيم
...قال الله تعالى (وأتوا اليتامى اموالهم ولا تتبدلوا الخبيث بالطيب ولا تأكلوا اموالهم الى اموالكم انه كان حوبا كبيرا)النساء2

وامر الله تعالى القائمين على اموال اليتامى ان يردوها اليهم اذا بلغوا الرشد وحذرهم من ان يبددوها قبل تسليمها باالاسراف فى الانفاق فيها
..قال الله تعالى (وابتلوا اليتامى حتى اذا بلغوا النكاح فان أنستم منهم رشدا فادفعوا اليهم اموالهم ولا تأكلوها اسرافا وبدارا أن يكبروا ومن كان غنيا فليستعفف ون كان فقيرا فليأكل بالمعروف فاذا دفعتم اليهم اموالهم فأشهدوا عليهم وكفى بالله حسيبا )النساء 6
...وصب الله شديد غضبه على الذين يفرطون فى حق اليتيم واعد لهم عذابا شديدا يوم لقائه
قال الله تعالى (ان الذين يأكلون اموال اليتامى ظلما انما يأكلون فى بطونهم نارا وسيصلون سعيرا ))النساء10

وللمرأة فى الاسلام كل ما للرجل من اسباب الملكية للمال ومن التصرفات المختلفة فيه بدون فرق على الاطلاق

هذا هو الاسلام وهذا هو قدر المرأة فى الاسلام
لا فرق بينها وبين الرجل
لها ما له وعليها ما عليه وان وجد اختلافات حسب طبيعتها هى
