اختيار الزوج حق للمرأة Choose the right pair of women's

....وللمرأة سواء أكانت مطلقة او متوفى عنها زوجها او بكرا حريق اختيار زوجها نصا ودلالة فاما النص من الكتاب
قال تعالى (واذا طلقتم النساء فبلغن اجلهن فلا تعضلوهن أن ينكحن أزواجهن اذا تراضوا بينهم بالمعروف ذلك يوعظ به من كان منكم يؤمن بالله واليوم الأخر ذلكم ازكى لكم وأطهر والله يعلم وأنتم لا تعلمون )البقرة232

والمعنى
اذا طلقت المرأة من زوجها فبلغت العدة ثم ارادت العودة لمن طلقها بعد تراض بينها وبينه فلا يحل لاهلها منعها من العودة اليه

ومن السنة
..عن خنساء بنت خزام الانصاريه ان اباها زوجها وهى ثيب فكرهت ذلك فأتت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فرد نكاحها ...اخرجه الجماعة الا مسلما

عن عائشة رضى الله عنها ..انها اخبرت ان فتاة دخلت عليها فقالت :ان ابى زوجنى ابن اخيه ليرفع بى خسيسته وانا كارهة فقالت :اجلسى حتى يأتى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ..فجاء النبى فأخبرته فأرسل الى ابيها فجعل الامر اليها فقالت :يارسول الله :قد اجزت ما صنع ابى -انما اردت ان اعلم النساء ان ليس الى الاباء من الامر شئ .....رواه النسائى

كانت بريرة جارية من جوارى عتبه بن ابى لهب وزوجها عبدا ما كانت لترضاه فأشفقت عليها عائشة ام المؤمنين فاشترتها واعتقتها ..
فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم :ملكت نفسك فاختارى
وكان زوجها يمشى خلفها يترضاها ويبكى وهى تأباه فقال النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم ؟ألا تعجبون من شدة حبه لها وبغضها له ؟اتقى الله فانه زوجك وابو ولدك فقالت ؟ـأتأمرنى ؟فقال :لا .انما انا شافع ..فقالت اذن فلا حاجة لى اليه ...المبسوط للسرخسى ج5ص99
